The firm was launched in 1976 when John Williams Jr. purchased a former partner’s interest in their CPA firm located in Crystal River. Later that same year John was joined by Bob McCranie to form Williams & McCranie, P.A. Then in October 1977, Don Sutton stepped in as a third partner and Williams, McCranie & Sutton, P.A. was born. Rob Wardlow and Paul Cash joined the firm during the summer of 1993 and were admitted as principals in January 1996. In January of 2005 the firm name was changed to Williams, McCranie, Wardlow & Cash, P.A.  Our staff is comprised of Florida natives and long-time Florida residents, and we have an enduring admiration and respect for the Nature Coast area and those who call it home.
